Purpose & Passion

This month's blog we will be looking at the steps that we can take in aligning our purpose and our passion.

These two words are spoken about frequently but let's look at their definition before we go forward.

'Purpose' is defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists and a person's sense of resolve or determination.

'Passion' is defined as strong and barely controllable emotion

The Questions

So the question is do you know the reasons behind why you do what you do, career-wise, and do you know the reason why you were created?

Do you have a sense of resolve and determination? What do you have strong emotions about?

Which cause, injustice or change would you like to see in the world around you?

What business idea do you have that you are eager to see come alive?

The journey of self-discovery

It often takes some introspection and time to answer these questions and to hone into what our purpose and passions are and then tie them together.

No matter what part of this process of discovery and actualisation you are at, WEMNE is here to support you along the journey.

We have all struggled to reconcile what we would love to do with our day jobs and personal commitments - however, the best thing to do is to start where you are and do not give up along the way.
